I have enjoyed over 25 years working in nonprofit arts administration and grants management. From local arts agencies to the State of Illinois, and from Arizona State University to Southern Methodist University, I have championed all forms of art and creativity. I possess skills in community engagement, advocacy, program administration, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and more. I am currently dedicated to serving local nonprofit public media. My primary function is to communicate with individuals using multiple platforms to obtain financial support and provide donor stewardship. I am also responsible for grant research, writing, and reporting. I am an advocate for the critical importance of unbiased nonprofit journalism based in facts and accessible to all. I believe in its valuable role in maintaining an informed public and a healthy democracy.I love to connect people, missions, ideas and resources.
