I joined American Equity Mortgage in a newly created position to bring together the needs of the field with the support teams. My focus was on communication, team work and the overall experience of each of our employees. My focus was to conduct a nationwide search for the right financial professionals to join the organization. Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing we added 8 new hires in first year, growing a scratch unit to 500,000 of life and DI commissions.
