The Jamf Mission Control Center is responsible for all systems and data visibility about our customers. The Business Operations Solutions Architect is an integral member of the Mission Control Center, de fining vision and providing technical direction to our overall Systems Management needs. I drive implementation strategy for projects executed within the Systems Management team atJamf. Maintain ownership of specific systems and integrations within the core tools at Jamf. The Business Operations Solutions Architect serves as a primary influence for changes done for systems and work flows in their purview. Responsible for the technical design of implementations. Work with leaders amongst various business units to hear requests and help design solutions that solve the need, scale with the growth of the organization, and leverage the tools we have available. Work closely with leadership within the Systems Management team to identify the high-level requirements for new features, and ensure the resulting solution meets the requirements and scalability needs of the organization.
