- Creating and updating print advertisements, postcards, flyers, brochures, and product packaging- Creating and updating pay-per-click, social media, and retargeting digital advertisements- Copywriting captions for social media content and posting content daily for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn)- Creating deliverables for not only NaturaLawn® but sister brands as well: Natural Alternative®, Tick Ranger®, and Mosquito Ranger®- Ensuring brand standards are met across all marketing pieces and brands- Working with 50+ franchise owners in different regions of the United States- Communicating with various printing vendors to meet advertisement deadlines- Taking the initiative to create new pieces needed for future seasonal occurrences

- Create compelling visual content such as web assets, promotional imagery, flyers, posters, and more for physical and online marketing campaigns.- Develop and track use of current and new designs, continually evaluating and improving them to align with other marketing activities.- Handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and calmly, delivering requested work product on or before deadlines.- Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team and the senior management team to generate the best marketing possible for the business and location.

- Regularly contributes to WordPress website design using different photographs, icons and infographics. - Monitors and posts daily/weekly on social media.- Takes photos during fundraising events and upload them on social media. - Use photos taken for marketing materials.- Online outreach to possible donors, companies and supports as well as promotion of upcoming fundraising events using social media and email communications.- Create printed marketing materials for upcoming fundraising events.

- Design and guide layout of circular to meet business needs in regards to sales activity, promotional items, and marketing initiatives. - Work closely with Marketing team to develop and adhere to marketing strategies. - Coordinate with the in-house design team to follow brand standards and creative initiatives in an effort to present a cohesive brand identity to customers. - Responsible for maintaining circular standards to drive consistent brand recognition.
