The role of the financial auditor is one of many that is auditing the revenue that is coming in, but also auditing the transactions rates of each employee and trying to make each employee more efficient. The processes that happen at each wicket at Service Ontario, are audited to make sure each visit and transaction flows smoothly and is up to the customers satisfaction. My goals as the audit clerk helped to make sure all employees followed the same daily routine with money from open til close. Everyone counted their money the same and provided the same detailed paperwork. These steps are vital to getting the work done right, as we never wanted to have to call a customer back to explain their transaction had gone wrong. The reports that I viewed were recapped and provided to management and if there was a need for management support, I would then ask. -
