As Senior Learning and Development Program Manager of AOL's Talent Development team my focus is to provide comprehensive learning solutions to our employees that is specific to their needs. I am responsible for managing our core curriculum as well as providing various elective options determined by data analysis, evaluations, and specific group needs. I am currently working to continue to expand our efforts globally. I am also responsible for the team's marketing and promotions.

As the Senior Contingent Workforce Program Manager I am responsible for the design and delivery of the contingent workforce program across AOL. I serve as the primary liaison between AOL HR, our Contingent Labor Vendor Management Company and AOL's staffing vendors. I have recently focused on implementing and managing systems and procedures to enhance the overall quality of our vendor services, including performance and measurement standards. I have developed and manage relationships with staffing vendors, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal partners to develop a mutually successful and long term relationship. I initiated and led the transition of our contingent workforce program to a new MSP to take the program to the next level - providing new service offerings to meet rapidly changing business needs, including international expansion. I serve as an advisor to managers and leaders within AOL's HR, Legal and business teams.

As the first Recruiting Coordinator at AOL, I was responsible for scheduling the candidate interviews with recruiters and/or hiring team and greeting candidates as they arrive for interviews, managing the candidate expense reimbursement process, entering and tracking candidate data into the Applicant Tracking System and registering candidates for background checks. AOL now utilizes a full staff of both full time and temporary recruiting coordinators.

As the Senior HR Specialist at AOL I was responsible for creating and sending offer packages that contain accurate information, paperwork and appropriate supplements for every new hire. processing all new hire equipment set up. I also presented New Hire Orientation every Monday for all new hires, provided support on benefits, payroll and stock inquiries from internal and external clients, and assisted with acquisition of new employees and termination of employees by providing accurate information to various inquiries regarding transition, medical benefits and payroll.
