As consultant to PTPS, I oversee the technology at the school. This applies to all hardware and software purchases, as well as finding solutions that fill the needs of the students, teachers, and administrators. If needed, I will bring in additional technical consultants if the situation warrants an expert. I was hired by the Norwalk Housing Authority primarily to work with elementary students living in Norwalk Housing Development to develop a website for ThinkQuest, an online website competition. This was a volunteer program students would participate in after school at the local youth activity center. Working with these students involved teaching students how to research online, verify sources, write comprehensively, construct an argument and defend such argument, use online software to build a website, and think creatively to build a graphically appealing site. This position evolved, due to my love of training students on software, to running classes for high school students at a satellite after school youth center on various topics such as computer building and repair to using the Microsoft Office suite of software. I helped to set up and maintain a computer lab for use after school by High School students, as well as set up a network so that administrators and students could log in and save data to servers as needed. Support for the computers, servers, backup, and email was done efficiently and documented for future staff.

At ENTEX, I held many interesting positions all over Fairfield County and Manhattan from desktop support, project management, to the manager of an 8 person help desk at Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation. As manager of this onsite help desk, I prepared extensive reports for the client (MBCC) and ENTEX, reviewing our help desk performance related to contracted SLAs. In addition, we built an extensive online knowledgeable to keep track of all software issues for easy resolution in the future.As desktop support specialist, I quickly solved and documented sever and desktop issues.
