Engage with Stakeholders and provide possible Business opportunities

As a Hub Manager, I oversee the entire Operation of the Co-working space, schedule and have meeting with al stakeholders; students, Users, Lecturers, Partners and so on. Idea generation, Creativity, and business birthing were few driving forces that made the Hub stand out. I listen to student with viable business ideas, coach, mentor and fix them in their respective cohorts to be trained. In total, I had over a thousand students at least in a quarter, and their ideas are safe with the Hub. I head projects were pitching competitions are organized quarterly and the top business ideas receive seed fund. Today, 30% of them have received seed fund, and are currently running their businesses.

Assist in research work, and serve as a rapporteur in high end research meetings. As a result of this Internship I successfully delivered my Masters thesis on "The Impact of Government Policies on Entrepreneurial Activities" a case study of "Tejuosho-Metropolitan Market".

I did my BSc. internship as a Business Development Trainee, where I was exposed to strategy formulation and implementation. I was among a team responsible for brooding new ideas, generating products and test running them. We organized expos, and also exhibited our products.
