Planning and execution of the Lagos State Redline Project

• Collaborate with project management personnel on project implementation and oversee the progress of the projects• Coordinate the execution of all assigned projects• Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the Project Management team • Review and collate periodic reports of team members • Generate monthly and quarterly project progress reports for management• Ensure the maintenance of best practice project management principles by the PM team• Directly reported to by Project Coordinator, Project Management Trainee, Sub-contractors and Contract Staff. Biometric Data capture solution deployment for Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) staff members7. Installation of SIM Card manufacturing and personalisation machines for SecureID Nigeria Limited8.
