Lead an administrative division comprised 3 departments charged with exhibition design and installation, registration, collections care and access with an emphasis on safety, and efficiency.  Responsible for ensuring museum practices adhere to the Collections Management Policy. Directed collection relocation by developing schedule, mapping out future collection storage spaces and transportation routes to ensure staff safety and protection of assets.Championed $350M expansion and restoration of historic museum building through the successful integration of modern usage, standards of care and working methods, technologies and security systems. Developed logistical plan for the reoccupation of multiple buildings.

Managed a team of inventory assistants and photographers to ensure completion of tasks related to the preservation and storage of collections including rehousing 250,000 works of art, archival and conservation collections and archaeological materials. Supervised physical cataloguing, barcoding, and photography of pieces to track movement and increase accessibility.
