A Licensed Realtor since 2001 and Licensed Broker since 2005, I have extensive real estate experience, ranging from General Brokerage Sales and Project Sales & Management to Real Estate Brokerage Management.My current position is as the Principal Broker/Designated Managing Broker of eXp Realty in Hawaii, with 650+ Agent strong and growing!Previous to joining eXp Realty, I held management positions at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (aka Coldwell Banker Realty, Keller Williams Honolulu, and worked with one the top reputable Developers in Hawaii, Gentry Homes. I was the Branch Manager and Broker-in-Charge for the Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Windward Branch, where I managed and assisted agents as well as helped them to develop and expand their skill sets. My management roles continued with other real estate firms as a Consultant and, most recent to joining eXp Realty, was the Principal Broker at Keller Williams Honolulu.Having worked with a variety of Buyer and Sellers, from the first time homeowners to well established developers, I know that real estate is an ever evolving industry that is impacted by many factors, tangible and intangible.
