The Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit works to promote positive educational experiences through the competitive arena via the indoor pageantry arts. I lead the FFCC Merchandise as well as Director/Fan Communications.

As Merchandise Manager, responsible for staff recruitment, product design, collaboration with vendors, inventory management, and enhancing sales. Oversee logistics, coordinate events, and manage a $45,000 budget. Design staff attire, handle online orders, and engage with customers. Craft compelling social media content to promote new merchandise, ensuring a seamless and successful merchandise experience.

During the competitive season, I spend Saturdays adjudicating performers across Florida with the FFCC. I also judge competitive teams for the NTCA in Texas, WGPO in Oklahoma, IHSCGA in Indiana, CWEA in North Carolina and WGSAC in California.

The FFCC Advisory Board is comprised of representatives from the top color guards, percussion teams, and wind ensembles within the organization. During my tenure as an active member of the Advisory Board, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to:- Advising the Education Committee on the direction of initiatives for the upcoming season. - Addressing and suggesting any changes to the Policy and Procedure Manual for the upcoming season. - Making recommendations regarding the philosophical direction of the FFCC for the future.

Create/maintain social media content for the Top3 Allergan account in the nation, create e-blasts, maintain online reputation, update the website, create reports of digital growth and design high-end magazine ads. I oversee the rewards programs (such as Alle & Aspire) and "banked" (pre-purchased) services for clients... cross checking input and looking for areas of growth within services/products the clients have not explored.

I managed the budget, developed the website, processed registration packets for registered campers, created the instructor budget, executed the camp schedule, facilitated t-shirt orders, coordinated the Friday performance involving 200+ students, conceptualized a theme for the 7-10 year old camp, and maintained the Facebook Page. More importantly, alongside my team, we successfully created a memorable week for students across Pinellas County, Florida!

Since 1997, I've immersed myself in Color Guard & Winter Guard, transitioning to instruction in 2002 as the director and founder of a local Middle School program. In the early years of college, I instructed at various high schools. In 2006, I joined Countryside HS, leading them to a 3rd-place finish in Scholastic A Class at Winter Guard International. I continued teaching at CHS for several years.Throughout summers, I've instructed at camps like KineticEdge!, Northeast Performance Companies Summer Clinics, and MusicNMotion. In my role as a Dance Teacher for Pinellas County School Board, I instructed at Tarpon Springs HS for three years during their fall and spring seasons. For the past decade, I've been the director, choreographer, designer, and logistical director of the Tarpon Springs Middle School Winter Guard.My responsibilities include:- Dance choreography- Serving as the staff liaison to the Director of Bands- Instructing dance fundamentals/technique to students- Devising and executing rehearsal plans- Encouraging and instilling respectful behavior among performing members- Supervising performance ensemble members at rehearsals, competitions, and during out-of-state tripsBeing an active choreographer/director for three well-known programs showcases my versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/responsibilities effectively. As a participant in the magnet program, specifically the Leadership Conservatory for the Arts at Tarpon Springs High School, I conducted dance instruction for grades K-12 at four different elementary schools, Tarpon Middle School, and Tarpon High School.
