Current•Experience with all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, all aspects of discovery (devising protocol, supervising discovery, discovery motions, including drafting briefs and oral arguments in connection thereto), taking and defending depositions, making and defending dispositive motions, all aspects of trials and arbitrations (pre- and post-trial briefing, opening arguments and summations, motions in limine, bench briefs, arguments re: admission of exhibits into evidence over objections, witness preparation, direct and cross-examination of witnesses), mediation, and settlement. •Selected matters include:-Goldman Sachs in litigation involving distressed debt trading; top-five investment bank in CFTC investigation-HMO, consumer debt purchaser and one of the largest real estate brokerage companies in matters before N.Y. State Attorney General-top-five commercial bank in bankruptcy preference action-cedents in litigation against reinsurers and reinsurance brokers-real estate developers in breach of contract litigation•Drafted brief in opposition to Petition for Writ of Certiorari in United States Supreme Court in trademark litigation case.•Drafted brief and presented oral argument in federal court to defeat summary judgment motion.•Major contributor to Chapter 33, “Practice Before the Commercial Division” in Robert L.
