As Chief of Staff to General Counsel and Corporate Reputation and Governance, Jennifer is responsible for the legal operations, including outside counsel management. Her extended team of 53 associates is accountable for day to day management of legal operations, financial reporting and analysis, as well as legal risk management. Developed and managed large divisional budgets; managed resources to drive efficiencies to meet corporate cost targets. Six years of progressive responsibilities from Senior Financial Specialist to Director of External Reporting (SEC/External Financial Reporting/Equity Accounting) Jennifer was responsible for the preparation and review of SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. In addition, she managed the quarterly earnings release process.Responsible for the pro forma financial statements for SEC Form S-4 related to our material acquisitions (Hibernia Bank and North Fork Bank) She developed, documented and maintained corporate accounting policies and procedures.
