Coming into the role of Business Development Intern, the value proposition for SofTx was unclear. As a result, it was the main gap addressed by my project. The purpose of my internship was to provide a clear value proposition for SofTx Innovations, so the following objectives were defined: • assess the capabilities and experience of SofTx, • conduct market research, and • position the company in the digital health/digital therapeutics markets. These business development initiatives laid the groundwork for a client proposal, which was submitted for contract renewal. The main goals of SofTx Innovations were to: • pursue further research for product improvement, • expand their expertise in software development, and • grow as a software development company for digital health and medical devices. The business development initiatives performed as part of my project will contribute to a more balanced revenue pipeline.

As a Data Analyst at Clagain, my role in the Conflict Minerals department involved conducting Required Country of Origin Inquiries (RCOIs), analyzing supplier data for accuracy, and maintaining organized records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
