At Rebel Pastures, we live and breathe Regenerative farming. We believe in sustainably farming with the natural cycles of mother nature, not against them. That means we continuously rotate all of our livestock across our pastures. The land feeds our animals and in return our animals feed our land and us. True symbiosis as it was meant to be!

Resident Move in and Move out accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent payments, deposits, work in leading cloud-based accounting and property management software application, client disbursements and statements. My favorite challenge is solving problems when everybody wins. I continue to learn more about property management every day.

I oversee the development of systems and operations of property management, real estate management, leasing, and resident management. I love to make our systems more efficient and easier to use. Just when we think we have them perfect, I enjoy going through them again and finding more ways to improve. I love to look at the hitches and interrupts in our processes and find ways to solve them and make them smooth.

I believe in being involved in local government. I learned something new at each meeting. As the only female and one of the youngest members, I brought a fresh and new perspective to the group.

My tasks as a leasing agent included answering phone inquiries, setting up showings, showing rental properties, and follow set leasing procedure to screen, collect necessary paperwork, sign a lease, and move in residents.
