I consider myself a lifelong learner. I am most excited when I can take and teach courses. I am currently serving the State of California as a Criminalist in the Bureau of Forensic Services and also teach part time as an Adjunct at William Jessup University. I have a BS in Biochemistry and and a MS in Human Physiology. I have spent the better part of 10 years of my career in coordinating medical research. I love working in the lab, but also have a passion for learning and sharing experiences with colleagues and students. The past 5 years, I have had the best of both worlds, and I am excited to have joined CCI in the past year. I now get to focus not only on toxicology, but all of the forensic disciplines within BFS. This fall, I begin a PhD program in Health and Human Performance.
