Over five years of project management experience working in IT, healthcare, marketing, and business. My past four years of experience have been on multimillion-dollar projects.I am currently working at Oregon Health Authority as a project manager on the Strategist team. My work spans from simple project delivery to complex projects that impact the whole organization and its people. I build my project plans to deliver the desired results while providing the team with the desired psychological safety.Utilizing my strong project management background in Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban has allowed me to custom tailor my project approach to fit the unique needs of my clients. As a result, clients feel their needs are being met and exceeded on a case-by-case basis, increasing the project's success rate. By employing a "we" mentality in a digital world, I get similar results that would take place in a face-to-face environment. Project work internally and externally is all about teamwork. An example from when I worked at AppDynamics, a Cisco company: When "we" the customer and the vendor work together as one team, anything is possible in a digital world. This "we" refocuses the effort on solution-finding, while removing time focused on unproductive conversations.Networking is the best way to create a cohesive team environment internally and externally in a digital world. Creating buy-in from all sides frees the project team to focus all their efforts on accomplishing the project's goals and objectives. Many of my clients start very ambivalent and mildly interested in engaging and turn into promoters and active participants by the end of the engagement.
