-Lead our development department to meet all fundraising goals including sponsorships, corporate partnerships, donations, community support, and all program-based and unrestricted grants for Great Explorations- Plan and implement donor stewardship in partnership with development team - Represent Great Explorations in our community by attending network and community events- Provide tours of our museum facilities with community supporters and potential museum partners- Responsible for all fundraising event sponsorships including prospecting and cultivation.- Forecasts yearly development goals with team and implements strategies to meet and exceed our development funding goals for the museum- Works closely with Grant Writer and Evaluator to determine grant prospects and implement grant project timelines for all opportunities that can benefit the museum- Develop all sponsorship and partnership opportunity packages to use for prospecting new and existing museum supporters- attend offsite events with team and other departments in support of local Great Explorations community partners at outreaches and special functions

I run our Downtown St Pete Studio where our professional instructors teach private weekly lessons to children and adults and also hold group classes.My responsibilities include:Account management - Mindbody - scheduling all private and group lessons. Office Administrator -coordinate processes to support ownerSetting up and maintaining all billing.Handling all inbound calls and prospecting new students. Build relationships with customers to continue providing support plus adding classes by upselling services based on goals and needsDeveloping new systems and procedures for student customer account maintenance.Maintaining company social media pages on a regular and frequent basis.Staying on top of current technology to assist in promoting the studioManagement of seasonal theatre productions including audition marketing, sign ups, developing strategic event timelines, parent volunteer management, sponsor prospecting, and online ticket sales.

Building business relationships to educate potential partners about the programs and services for the 1,100 families currently served by MDA in the Tampa Bay Area living with muscle disease. We take great pride in that donations generated from our programs stay local to help families in our community. My current projects include:- Corporate Partners. Building new relationships with local companies/franchises to raise awareness of MDA, build employee morale, and fundraise for our local MDA programs and services.- MDA Muscle Walk of Tampa Bay. I coordinate the event. We have the largest MDA Walk in the Southeast.Our 5k event at Al Lopez Park will be held on April 21, 2018. I also recruit family and corporate teams to join us as well as new sponsors. I also handle fundraising, cultivation, and logistics as well as all PR and Marketing on website and social media.- Grant Writing. Prospecting local charitable foundations and meeting with decision makers to discuss alignment of their values and our mission.- Fill The Boot Program. Local International Association of Fire Fighter Locals collect on the streets or put on special events to raise funds for our local MDA Chapter -Publix Bowls. engaging our 12 districts (approx 120 stores) of stores to participate in an employee-led bowl program this summer. I also have extensive Event Planning experience with our MDA Gala in all areas from Committee building, obtaining auction items, logistics, budgeting, networking, driving our mission and more.I have met so many wonderful and kind-hearted people in our area since starting with MDA in 2005. Educating others about MDA is so rewarding to me. I hope to find additional sponsors that can benefit from our campaigns which can build upon customer interaction, promote team-building and also gain exposure for your company through fundraising programs.
