Jennifer is an IT Leader with over 25 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Development, Project Management, and Product Development. She has a proven track record of successfully leading project teams, facilitating product development, coaching individuals and teams, and getting results. She is passionate about coaching teams to maximize performance and leading technology driven organizations to success. Currently, Jennifer is the Assistant Director for IT Administration at the NCAA National Office in Indianapolis, IN. She serves several global and co-located Scrum Teams, both supporting existing applications along with delivering new software solutions. Jennifer also does freelance work for Pearson Education where she authors content for eLearning courses. Jennifer has been an active member of AgileIndy since 2013. She was elected to the board in 2016, was Vice Chair from 2017 to 2023, and President from 2023 to date. Jennifer has also been a member of AgileCincy since 2016 and served on the board for two years. She continues to serve as the Social Media Advisor for AgileCincy. Jennifer is open to coaching, mentoring, training, and freelance/consulting opportunities.
