This includes developing a go-to-market strategy based on data driven research, competitive analysis and consumer trends; Guiding the strategic direction to drive sales activity across all key accounts and channels; Collaborating closely with all departments of the company to ensure product assortment and pricing are aligned to meet customer demand and financial metrics are met; And, working with the shareholders to build and deploy annual promotional calendars to achieve goals. She brings over a decade of experience in the Sales, Marketing & Business Development industry. Her keen focus on Data Driven Market analysis, Relationship Building, Leadership, Creative Sales and Marketing Strategies, and overall Strategic Guidance has allowed her to lead companies to growth and success across multiple industries. Most recently, Jennifer served as VP of Franchise Sales & Development for Lenny's Grill & Subs. She led all efforts for sales, marketing and real estate to help grow this regional based sandwich chain nationally. During her tenure, the team brought in over 30 new single/multi-unit franchisees, expanded the company’s footprint into 4 new states, and helped over 20 existing franchisees expand with multiple new locations. Prior to joining Lenny's, she served as Director of Franchise Development for Captain D’s, the largest fast-casual seafood restaurant in the country. She brought innovative ideas to the sales team which led to incremental growth in lead generation and new franchisee growth. Prior to joining Captain D’s, she served as Director of Franchise Development for Huddle House, Inc. While at Huddle House, she handled the restaurants’ single and multi-unit franchising efforts as well as all the refranchise and transfer efforts across the entire country. During her tenure, she helped drive new store growth by more than 350%, as well as turned a declining iconic brand around that led to positive net store count for the first time in over a decade.Jennifer helps teams to surpass goals by implementing successful strategies and tactics, coaching through transformational leadership and expecting excellence.
