MS Plus is the premier source of information, advice and support for people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions on Australia’s eastern seaboard. The organisation exists to help its clients (and their carers ) to live well; it provides services, support and referral pathways to help achieve the best long term options and life outcomes. It also funds research into the causes and treatments of MS with a cure always at the forefront. Specifically, MS Plus offers support services including access to specialised health professionals, assistance navigating the complexity of NDIS, as well as long and short term accommodation services for those suffering from MS and other neurological conditions.

Lead engagements with clients on:Public sector partnership models (between agencies).Public sector shared services review and improvement program for large front-line agency with over 100,000 staff and finance, HR and IT functions.Large scale HR transition due to de-merger and public sector workforce analysis. Design and implementation of corporate performance management framework and process including KPIs, reporting cycles, audience, and governance to allow amendment to the KPIs, individual performance management structures and corporate reporting dashboard. Hypothesis driven analysis to understand cost drivers in front-line public services to identify areas of process and financial efficiency and effectiveness.
