Jennifer’s experience working for a large franchisor corporation as well as large and small law firms hasgiven her valuable perspective with respect to understanding the interaction between outside counsel and the businesses they serve.Jennifer’s practice is concentrated in a broad range of franchising and licensing issues, including state andfederal disclosure issues, compliance with state relationship laws, franchise sales compliance, representation of franchisors in acquisitions of other franchise systems, dispute resolution and general corporate issues. In addition, she counsels prospective and current franchisees. Her practice also includes assisting clients with alcoholic beverage law matters, including procuring liquor licenses at state and local levels, compliance with alcoholic beverage laws and representation at violation hearings.Her clients appreciate Jennifer’s ability to outline several options for solving a problem and to explore the advantages and risks associated with each one. She gives practical advice and is always mindful of her clients’ needs and expectations.
