Serve as a senior-level partner and expert advisor to the Special Agent in Charge as a workforce effectiveness consultant and management analysis expert to develop the division’s operational programs. I've received 2 outstanding evaluations and 2 awards for my performance in this position. • Delegated complete responsibility and authority to develop and carry out major projects by conducting long-range studies of divisional operations; to enhance divisional planning, program enhancements, operational analysis, division objectives, and strategic initiatives. Studies include analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to create recommendations for the creation of new groups, staffing considerations, resource alignment and policy changes. Responsible for all stages of planning and organizing studies.• Anticipate future needs, develop programs and policies to improve division operations.• Responsible for settling controversial matters on behalf of the Special Agent in Charge. Advise and make recommendations on personnel issues, manpower, and human capital program objectives, policies and technical matters. • Identify and develop solutions for issues that affect the division’s goals and objectives using cost-benefit analysis, return on investments analysis, cause and effect analysis, worker effectiveness analysis, data analysis (including visualization), survey analysis, productivity and performance analysis.• Determine needs for new processes, policies, and procedures taking a comprehensive approach that identifies potential and existing problems, and compatibility with DEA goals.• Liaison with high level officials with government agencies and private industry, on behalf of the division. Represent the division in working groups that review program guidance and develop new systems. Lead teams that evaluate and analyze multi-functional programs. • Provide oversight on programs to ensure compliance. Identify issues and develop solutions.
