Joined the Marriott E-commerce Franchise Committee to collaborate on their digital marketing programs related to franchised hotels. Restructured the marketing department to ensure increased client support & marketing strategy to span communication across hotels & internal departments to include digital marketing, public relations and branding. Increased client site traffic with revamping the overall SEO and digital marketing strategy by 20% the first year.

Oversaw the digital marketing initiatives for the U.S. corporate office positioning the Millennium hotel collection to guests, travel agents and/or meeting planners influencing their buying decision online and offline. Headed up the North American digital marketing corporate program, while consulting for the global team to include: search engine optimization, SEM/PPC, linkage partnerships, social media and e-mail marketing/customer relationship management (CRM). Consulted on the development of the millenniumhotels.com site which launched in the Spring 2012. Worked closely with the hotels on how best to position them in various digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and revenues to their site. Oversaw the overall management and development of the award-winning millenniumhotelnyc.com site and weloveagents.com sites to include more ease of use for the travel agents to research and book. It was one of the first travel agent sites to include a Twitter feed in 2012.

Created from the ground up and spearheaded Destination's overall corporate digital marketing strategy achieving revenues from over 40% each year since 2004. Many of the sites were award winning in the hospitality categories based on overall design and navigation. Developed seven corporate sites and oversaw 30 hotel Websites to gain market share in the search engines and allow guests to research their next vacation by destination and experience. Stayed ahead of the curve with being the first hotel management company to include RSS technology before it gained popularity. Headed up all the Web development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Pay Per Click (PPC), linkage partnerships, email marketing and CRM for the overall DH&R online program. Oversaw social media sites to listen and speak to the guest in the channels they wanted to be communicated too. Managed all the digital marketing partners/vendors strategies. Worked closely with key stakeholders in the corporate office, including the executive committee. Partnered with the 30+ hotels on overall online marketing initiatives to bring online and offline strategies together. Participated on the acquisition committee to bring new hotels into the fold to join our results oriented digital marketing program.
