While I started working in the brewery as a can catcher, my tasks and skills quickly grew. Within the first couple weeks I learned how to properly package beer, dry hop with a hopper and purge fluid vessel tanks. I had to maintain a clean and hazard free environment. I add to be aware of of carbon dioxide levels along with proper use of multiple air compressors. After showing competence in these tasks I was swiftly asked to be the canning line operator. This position did not have an order of operations prepared and easily took it upon myself to put this to task. Over my training weeks, I took special care in writing a manual that is now still used today. - Operated and cleaned a 5 fill head canning line (200+ cans per shift) and Paktek machine- Filtered, transferred, dry hopped and monitored the quality of the product- 5S implementation of work station along with dangerous chemical trainings and usage- Had to problem solve and provide maintenance in high stress environment quickly
