• Provided the following services on a consultancy basis for a cloud computing startup firm.
• Developed policies and procedures that would ensure compliance with local and federal employment law and government regulations.
• Managed employee benefits, including medical, dental, life, vision, 40l(k), flexible spending, short-term and long-term disability, and transit.
• Implemented and performed an onboarding process for all new employees.
• Structured and monitored employee relations, and created and followed through with the termination process when applicable.
• Developed and rolled out an employee guide, expense policy, travel policy and a robust employee referral program.

Received a promotion that came with a higher level of responsibility and additional reports.Part of a team to implement an Oracle HRIS system that included Core HR, Self Service HR, Irecruitment and later on Fusion performance management. Also teamed up to implement an online benefits administration application called SmartBen.

Began to manage the talent management process and led a team of recruiters while still maintaining a generalist role at a high level.
