My super power is helping clients succeed! I'm truly a people-person, and for the past 9 years I have gravitated toward roles that involve client support, success, and happiness in some capacity. I am passionate about equipping clients to successfully utilize products and services. I'm an experienced remote worker and a technology enthusiast. I have worked remotely for 3 tech companies (SaaS) over the past 9 years and it's been a blast! I strive for the 'aha' moment when a client just 'gets it', because I believe that adaptability = client happiness and retention. I have experience working for start-ups, as well as small to medium sized companies. Regardless of the age or size, I enjoy the excitement of contributing to the overall growth and success of a company!I am very team-oriented, and I'm always seeking ways to assist and contribute to my team in any way that I can. I love being able to collaborate with awesome teams that are devoted to solving problems, implementing new processes, and discovering ways to help clients achieve more. Who am I outside of work?
