I currently lead out on the Change Management Service Line and have extensive experience in leading large scale, client facing engagements.

Working in both Project and Change Management roles has enabled me to not only gain experience and perspective from both work streams, but has also allowed me to identify how the two stream overlap, the importance of alignment and cooperation between the two and how one can enhance the other. My relationships with my clients and project teams have often led to me being retained to take on further projects within the client organisation.
