As a Project Manager with a key account responsibility, my main assignments were to produce creative pitches according to briefs and present for clients. I planned production strategies, which included marketing campaigns in cooperation with project execution. I managed and optimized project budgets with a cost-conscious mindset, analysed and followed up on delivered projects with set KPIs to demonstrate return of investment. During project execution I was chiefly responsible for on-site productions. To ensure high-level execution and creativity I had to continuously monitor external events and productions to keep up to date with technical innovation, entertainment, and contractors. My secondary role as Brand Partnership Manager was to create new connections between my clients and other companies for potential partnerships. To achieve this I worked closely with my clients to understand their needs and map out possible partners. I created the pitch material and presented it to companies of interest, and upon agreement I drafted and finalized the partnership contracts. After a successful engagement and making sure each partner delivered on the agreed terms I compiled reports and arranged follow-up meetings.Clients that I have worked with are amongst others: Nordiska Kompaniet, Grammis, Marshall, Kristallen, L’Oréal, Ole Henriksen, Brasseriegruppen, and Spotify.

At Micael Bindefeld a large focus is put on attention to detail, professionalism, and high level execution. I was brought on as Project Manager with a Key Account role to manage a large variety of projects, scaling from 15 to 2000 guests. I was responsible for everything from budget to execution and follow-up.Clients that I have worked with are amongst others: Nordiska Kompaniet, Scandic Hotels, Aller Media, Dagens industri, Ruter Dam, TNT and Svensk Filmindustri.

As Head of Operations I managed in-house events for our Magazine brands such as Dagens Media, Affärsvärlden, and Ny Teknik. I was a member of the Talentum Management Team, and in addition I handled Talentum Events customer service, recruitment of operations and the research department. I was focused on budgets, logistics, venues and speaker- and partner relations. We hosted around 50 larger events and 100 courses per year.My role also included overseeing the cash flow and account distribution, as well as the accounting for all of Talentum Events.

At the time the A&F stores I managed had the biggest turnover in Europe. As Assistant Manager I had three different areas of responsibilities; People Manager, Impact Manager, and Visual Merchandise Manager. Beyond the tasks included in the aforementioned specialties I also worked every day with managing the stores, brand development, pushing business, customer service, and had staff responsibility for 150 part-time associates. I also project managed our out of store events.

The MIT program is a ten-week program that challenges you in all aspects of running a multi-million dollar business. Each week the program focuses on a different aspect of the business.

• Selected to Ernst & Young’s Talent Training Advisory Program 2012 after an extended process with several steps such as IQ-testing, case solving and individual performance. • During the program I was educated and challenged within different areas of Advisory services, such as case solving and presentation skills.

• Kontaktdagarna is a student career fair hosting over 80 companies. Visited by approx. 3000 students during two days.• Working with business relations together with four others and we are responsible for the hosting companies and will be responsible for a group of 25 students each and staff during the fair.

• I have supervised and orginized projects for business student at Uppsala University. The projects have been: formal dinners, fashion shows, case competitions and other larger events. Ranging from size 30 to 900 attending guests. • Thos opportunity has expanded my leadership skills and ability of coordinating project with students, corporate employees and local organizations.• As President I have the highest responsibility for the committees budget.
