Since graduating from the University of Tennessee, I have over 5 years of experience working in commercial print in various roles. Currently, I am working as a Project Manager at Courier Printing, maintaining the communication pipelines between the plant production team & our clients or inter company sales executives by being a point of contact at the plant level and managing projects from start to finish (entering the order to preparing job for billing).Previously, I worked as Human Resources Assistant in tire manufacturing, where I worked specifically in training & development of newly hired employees by coordinating weekly 5 day orientation sessions that included data entry of new hire information into the HR system, preparing materials for each new hire, and ensuring instructors were scheduled for the courses. My interest in wanting to strive in HR directly correlates with my vision of wanting to see employees succeed while they are reaching the goals they have set for themselves.
