Regression Testing Delivery Lead | State ClientThe State completed the SAP implementation for the MiTreas Collections, Garnishments, and Levy platform on July 29, 2024. The small Regression Team needed help to deliver 50 automated testing scripts quickly. I was brought on to assess issues and create a Get to Green strategy. My strategy included: 1) Assessing and grouping activities/issues into manageable phases, 2) Identifying and removing roadblocks, and 3) Building dates and identifying ownership with a RICE tracker for accountability and a Microsoft Project-style plan. My contributions were recognized by the client and Deloitte leadership.Project Lead | Tech Strategy for Online Education ClientLed a Tech Strategy project at an Online Nonprofit Education Firm by conducting a comprehensive assessment of current technology and systems. Developed strategic recommendations for a central technology platform and a modern ERP system on Google Cloud Platform. Enhanced efficiency and governance by proposing a new technology governance structure and a roadmap for integrating HR and finance systems. Recommended a right-sized ERP solution for this nonprofit, considering existing tech architecture and data sources. Proposed implementing a dedicated Google Cloud Platform (GCP) instance and a subscription-based ERP hosted in GCP to centralize access to technology and data assets, enhancing operational efficiency and future expansion capabilities.PMO and Technical Infrastructure Support | Large City ERP Cloud ImplementationAs the PMO and Technical Support lead on this project, my technical expertise enhanced the implementation of Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud, transforming finance and budget processes. Global Systems Administrator/Willis Towers Watson January 2000 - June 2018In January 2000 I was hired by an HR and actuarial consulting firm called Watson Wyatt to assist finance teams with filing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities. I learned the accounting software and systems and moved into a finance systems help desk position during a global implementation of Lawson/Extensity/eReports systems. In 2011 Watson Wyatt merged with Towers Perrin and I transitioned to the finance ERP implementation team that was responsible for the build and support of Oracle EBS 12.1.3 for time and expense/HR/project accounting for 14k end users. In 2015 Towers Watson merged with the brokerage and consulting firm Willis and I joined the Oracle Infrastructure Team. As a senior member I was responsible for upgrading, patching, maintenance and T3 production support of Oracle EBS 12.2.5 and multiple third party systems like Revpro and Tidal. My team supported 44K end users. My last project at Willis Towers Watson was the new build and “lift and shift” of Oracle EBS and all third party systems to Oracle Public Cloud.
