As Trial Court Communications Manager, I created and managed internal communications for the Trial Court's 6,300 judges and employees, and developed public-facing content. I produced and published various Court publications such as eNewsletters, and wrote and edited speeches, presentations, intranet and external website content.

My last role at Citi, a senior proposal writer, involved working on a new 5-person team to help sales people feel less overwhelmed and more organized about developing successful responses to RFIs and RFPs. We developed an automated proposal library containing thousands of answers to standardized questions that could then be customized. I also worked closely with sales and product people to keep the library up to date, and helped write executive summaries that are so critical to getting your proposals read (and accepted).
