As a law-firm trial lawyer I handled a number of noteworthy cases from discovery through trial, including a jury verdict of patent infringement related to the preservation of soft tissue grafts resulting in over $34 million in damages, a jury verdict of willful misappropriation of trade secrets relating to Kevlar with damages of over $900 million, and the successful defense of The Regents of the University of California against a patent licensee seeking expanded rights of sponsored research and license agreements relating to compounds for the treatment of prostate cancer.I've been named one of the "Top 25 Women Leaders in Biotechnology of 2020" by The Healthcare Technology Report.
