I have gained tremendous experience working on a range of projects in Local and State Government authorities in Western Australia, the UK. My current role is in the University sector in Ireland working in IT and Transformation. Throughout these projects I have developed and refined my skills in the following areas: Project Management, Contract & Client Management, Business Analysis and Process Design, Reporting, Presentation & Communication and Training, Coaching & Mentoring I have had a great opportunity to learn from Directors and Subject specialists along the way, gaining industry experience in government agencies at a corporate and strategic level in areas including: Change Management, Strategic and Operational Restructure, Policy & Procedure review & Implementation, Internal Audit, Licensing, Legislative Changes, Ministerial Requests, Freedom of Information, Accountability and Transparency & Information Governance.
