I am a passionate certified Leadership and Career Coach, dedicated to empowering individuals to break through barriers and achieve their fullest potential. I meet my clients where they are, employing a method grounded in awareness, clarification, and identifying obstacles that hinder progress. Through an action-oriented partnership, I actively engage my clients in self-discovery, empowering them to overcome challenges. My approach revolves around fostering accountability, ensuring that the transformative journey results in tangible and sustainable actions.My journey began with a successful 15-year career in various Human Resources roles, where I ascended the corporate ranks. However, I eventually felt a sense of stagnancy, prompting me to ask difficult questions and explore integrating more of my passions into my life while maintaining balance and purpose.In 2022, I took a bold step by leaving my role as the Head of Recruitment at HMH to launch my own coaching business. This pivotal move allowed me to deepen my commitment to coaching and assist others in breaking free from feeling stuck, guiding them toward a clear path to reach their full potential.
