*Conducts Family Development Sessions for the Modified Conditional Cash Transfer beneficiaries; Monitors Health and School attendances of the children of the beneficiaries; Does home visits for the generation of Case study reports; Other reports and form generation as requested*Conducts capacity building for children as they advocate their rights. Facilitating trainings, as well as coordination to offices for any training conducts, and makes reports for any work progress

Conducts preliminary interview; conducts and checks examinations and its results; creates a summary of applicants; conducts hiring process for the qualified applicants; conducts Company Rules and Regulations orientation and generate contacts for the newly hired personnel/s; updates personnel movement; generating of the summary of the employees competency, and training in- charge.

Answers call for complaints, assists customers in troubleshooting routers, and recommends added products and services when needed.
