Jennifer Carnahan is a former Fortune 500 Marketing Leader turned Entrepreneur and Chairman of multiple boards. Adopted from South Korea at the age of five-months; Jennifer's upbringing taught her that hard work, initiative, strong morals and a growth mindset are almost enough to conquer every goal in life. In 2014 Jennifer took the leap from the safety net of the corporate world to found her first business: Primrose Park, a specialty women's retail brand. In 2017, Jennifer broke glass ceilings when she was the first female and minority elected to lead either major political party in the state of Minnesota. She was successfully re-elected to two additional two-year terms. As a political outsider and newcomer, Jennifer incorporated her strong general management and corporate experience to transform the Minnesota Republican Party from a fledgling organization into a political powerhouse in the Upper Midwest. Under her leadership, Minnesota Republicans flipped three congressional seats from blue to red, brought in revenues and transfer of more than $20 million, eliminated the party's long-term $1 million debt, built the largest field operation in party history with over 60-field staffers and thousands of volunteers, expanded the base and made Minnesota a targeted GOP state during a Presidential election - delivering a historic record of number of votes for Republicans on the ballot in 2020. Jennifer was also appointed by the 45th President of the United States of America to serve on the White House Advisory Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Jennifer is the widow of former Congressman Jim Hagedorn who represented Minnesota's first district and passed away from cancer in 2022.
