I am the Chief Strategy Officer at La Familia, a non-profit organization that serves low-income and marginalized communities in California with mental health and social services. I have nearly two decades of experience in leading and supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans, programs, grants, and partnerships that advance the mission and vision of the social service sector.My core competencies include social sector strategy, program design, grant writing, impact measurement, and operations management. I use these skills to help nonprofit program leaders build intentionality and impact by asking the right questions, training their teams, and committing to consistent action. I am passionate about creating systemic change around economic justice, with a focus on housing, workforce development, and amplifying the voices of individuals with lived experience.
