Acting as the Senior Poetry Editor for my last two years of college, I worked with a board of fellow senior and junior editors to outperform previous submission goals, perform student outreach, organize student reading boards, hand-pick accepted works, construct the order of the magazine back to front, and publish a full-length literary magazine. I also mentored junior poetry editors for the position, helping to guide them to the intense structure it takes to run the largest literary magazine on campus.

Orientation Leaders serve as a large community on campus who facilitate incoming first-year and transfer students with community building, class planning, and campus situation. We foster a welcoming environment during the transition phase, assisting families and friends move in their students, organizing workshops pertaining to class and institution structure, important resources for success on campus, and community growth. As. Orientation Leaders, we organize strength-building and networking workshops as well as lead discussions based on a common reading of multiple authors compiled by current students and staff considering a specific topic or commentary relating to global issues, values, and structures that uphold society. Orientation Leaders also facilitate peer bonding and serve as mentors in our community long after the orientation period has ended; Orientation Leaders accomplish a wide range of tasks in a short amount of time and assist in the organization of our yearly community service tradition called "SU GIVE".

As a disability services assistant through Susquehanna University's Office of Disability Services, I was responsible during the spring semester of 2020 for recording, collecting, and distributing coherent, legible, and organized hand-written notes taken from a shared class to a student in need of disability required services on a timely basis every week.

The office of Alumni Donor and Engagement creates a fun, creative, and welcoming space for alumni to feel at home when they come back to Susquehanna, whether it's for Homecoming or for SU Serve, one of our many service events on campus. We often call alumni seeking donations for important student initiatives and drives, service hours completed after their time at SU, as well as for business opportunities or internship options for rising Juniors and Seniors.

As a Susquehanna University Service leader, I spent 220 service hours per academic year at my community partner site, The Lewisburg Children's Museum, conducting research on the ways children learn, restructuring and researching easier methods of learning, creating summer mini-camps, co-facilitating camps, and helping to organize the exhibits within the museum. As a part of the first cohort of SUSL's, we were tasked with helping to develop and strengthen the program through active participation in multiple positions on campus, some of them being advocates for the program and forming connections between other organizations. The program my first-year as a student was was a new, innovative working scholarship created by Susquehanna University and sponsored by the Career Development Office. The program normally accepts 10 students per year, however, the introductory group had only 6 members. With each given year that more members are added, the SUSL's from previous cohorts become navigators who help mentor and facilitate the growth of incoming students so that there is a strong bond between each group.

I researched the learning of pre-K through elementary-aged children in a semester of engagement, observation, and activities. I facilitated childhood learning and growth through consistent, time-managed educational programming and care. I also collaborated with peers to organize our research into consistent, meaningful scientific information.

In this role, I contacted and collaborated with service vendors for pricing options, scheduling, and services for yearly campus events. I delegated a budget of nearly 200,000 dollars with 6 fellow coordinators and a staff advisor to assign yearly events with specific financial guidelines. I often coordinated with staff to assign and occupy space for SAC to hold on-campus events. I also maintained a database of student attendance to manage outreach, performance, and satisfaction.

As a social media and public relations manager of The Sanctuary Magazine on Susquehanna University's campus, I was charged with maintaining the upkeep of important dates, events, and readings on all social media platforms relating to the magazine. I organized magazine tabling events through the University. I created and disseminated posters across campus as well as social media to widen the magazine's audience, submission pool, and attendance. In my time on the board of The Sanctuary Magazine, I served to read and accept submissions as well as respond to all inquiries related to the call for submissions.
