From her first post-college job at a Washington D.C. domestic violence legal clinic to directing two international non-profits in San Francisco, CA, Jenn has worked with people to build movements, tell their stories, and make the world better. Jenn is creative, a visionary thinker, and a results-driven team-builder with the communications experience and skills to improve messaging, marketing, and morale. Before founding Avail, where Jenn serves at the principal driver of content and creative content strategy in her role as Chief Creative Officer, Jenn served as director of communications for the University of Colorado Boulder’s CU Engage center, promoting community-based learning, where she managed multiple websites across several programs, managed social media channels and content, wrote reports and newsletters for client engagement, facilitated internal staff retreats and visioning sessions, and collaborated with university-wide strategic relations to promote CU Boulder's mission and outreach priorities.
