As a Partner and Head of Investor Relations, my focus spans the marketing life cycle for each of our funds, starting with long-term relationship development and capital raising through on-going communication, reporting and interaction with limited partners. In addition, I work with the other Firm partners to manage the day-to-day of the Firm.LEM Capital is a real estate private equity firm with a 22-year track record focused on protecting our investment partners’ downside and building portfolios to help deliver dependable current cash flow and equity upside through all points in the economic cycle. Point person for all incoming RFP’s, due diligence meetings, investor onboarding process and on-going investor information requests for performance, AUM, new issues, and other requests. Created and maintained fund marketing materials including fund marketing presentation, tear sheet, conference presentations, DDQ, fund statistical information, and ad hoc collateral pieces. Edited and distributed bi-monthly investment letter with head of marketing and portfolio manager.Orchestrated all road trips and meeting planning for CIO and COO domestically and internationally providing collateral pieces and investor backgrounds prior to meetings and managing follow-up requests and maintain pipeline. Collaborated with senior marketer and third-party marketing team to grow fund identity and investments. Developed, managed and tracked relationships with 200+ Institutional, FO, FOHF, and HNW investors facilitating marketing meetings, DD, and investment process contributing to over $250M in new investments over 4+ years.Developed relationships with Prime Broker Capital Introduction teams to identify marketing opportunities, educational seminars, and other opportunities to grow firm brand. Liaised with Accounting, Legal, Administrator, Compliance & other vendors on an on-going basis.Coordinated with team on Compliance, AML Policies, SEC/NFA Registration, Financials, and operational regulations, filings, and requirements establishing proper procedures and vendor relationships to adhere to new regulations.
