Thinking is the first non-profit organization for mentoring young people in the city. We organize seminars and workshops for youth in the fields of culture, education, business, psychology and entertainment. Combining peer advisory groups and coaching, we work collaboratively with partners to help youth both personally and professionally, also mentor and one-on-one coach them in business plans, financial estimation and project pitching. Meanwhile, we instruct some member start-ups in grant and fund application, guiding them through the equity and debt financing process.

Taught "Computing Fundamentals" course to first-year university students.Worked with university students to help them succeed academically and socially; provided guidance and help students plan for their futures by guiding them in building their professional careers.Detected problems of students in time and provide psychological counseling.Responsible for future student recruitment and organizing relative events and exhibition; provided counseling for internships and graduate employment, and contact companies to build a hiring company pool.
