Our team at Tractor Supply Company thrives on collaboration, and as a Sales Associate, I play a central role in fostering this environment since June of 2016. I've honed vital retail skills like employee training, customer service and satisfaction and efficient shipping & receiving processes. The journey began at the Hinesville GA Store 1879, where my heart will always hold a spot for and evolved through hands-on experience, shaping my expertise. I further went through training in Shelby, NC, worker in reviving in Easley SC, back to Georgia, I am currently with the Jesup store. As a team member; I had to opportunity to experience being “on the other side” of inventory. I pride myself in my work ethic, my experience, and my ability to make decisions or have ideas to help other employees. At Dollar General as an Assistant Manager, I contributed to our team's success by implementing strategies that emphasized open communication and continuous learning. I take pride in leveraging my knowledge to optimize store operations and empower colleagues, always aiming to create a positive impact on the retail floor and beyond.
