Jennifer Andrews is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She received her B.A. from Kent State University and her M.B.A from the University of Phoenix before becoming a certified coach and Arbinger Implementation Specialist. Jennifer also recently added a CPTD credential, through the Association for Talent Development, to her resume during the pandemic. While she has been with the Bank for over 15 years, one of her most treasured accomplishments was winning a peer-nominated legacy award, the Eddie L Hardy Mentoring Award in 2016. Jennifer has 10+ years of experience in developing and managing first-class intern, onboarding, training and L&D programs.When she is not at work, you can typically find her hanging out with her husband and two daughters. In the rare, but coveted free time she has, Jennifer enjoys creating “art” with her favorite medium, watercolor, practicing yoga, reading, cycling, and feeding her local murder of crows.
