As Regional Admissions Manager with The Intern Group, I led the admissions team through continuous coaching to achieve the highest targets hit as a team to date. Consistently surpassed enrollments KPI of 30%. I personally enrolled 552 students from over 100 countries on program since January 2017. I have also taken part in HR functions for admissions through interviewing, onboarding and training, I have been the admissions representative in the weekly global meeting presenting the analysis of current registration numbers, projections and trends. I collaborated with various colleagues in our University Partnerships, Marketing, Technology and Program teams across 15 offices, and have led cohort interviews and admissions processes for numerous university programs including London School of Economics, Boston University and University of Pennsylvania. Through my role in Fundraising with Equality Marketing, I took part in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing of all team members in fundraising campaigns for World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Australia and Plan International (Australia). I was also working with the Equality Marketing team out of Wellington New Zealand from February to May 2016 on the WWF New Zealand campaign.

With Gould League I delivered hands-on, interactive and immersed programs to students on topics including biodiversity, waste management, marine sciences and other for the not-for-profit organization at the sustanability centre, schools, and at Rickett's Point Marine Sanctuary.

Lab position where I extracted and analyzed coded wire tags (CWTs), otoliths and related samples of Sport, First Nations, Commercial fisheries and escapement for Salmon Head Recovery Program led by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). Ensured proper receipt, storage, handling and disposal of biological samples, and operated custom equipment and maintain Fisheries and Oceans Canada mark-recapture program database

Wrote technical reports of on-board catch data (including taking bycatch samples, weights, bycatch amounts, remaining vessel quotas and more) from Pink, Sockeye and Coho salmon fisheries in the PNW as a Certified Fisheries Validator/Officer through Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Coordinated with fishing plants in Port Hardy and Vancouver including Canadian Fishing Company.
