I began my Real Estate career in 1993 while living in Malaysia and I assisted Americans in finding homes and settling into their new lives. Upon returning to Floridain 1995, I worked for Century 21, John T. Ferreira an sold property in beautiful Amelia Island. Amelia Island offered many different opportunites from the beach, golf tennis and boating/sailing. Having had the opportunity to work in residential construction while living in Memphis I discovered my interest in new construction. I was presented the opportunity to work for Brylen Homes selling Amelia Park, a neo-traditional neighborhood and then worked Arthur Rutenberg Homes for several years. During the market change, I returned to residential general real estate sales in 2008. Working for Davidson Realty was the perfect place for me. It allowed me the opportunity to sell not only in World Golf Village but also in Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach.
