The Technical Program Management team is accountable to ensure delivery of all capabilities impacting and enabling our Product to Market team including Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, Inventory Management (IM), Distributed Order Management and Fulfillment functions. This function is responsible for coordinating execution of end-to-end technology strategies across Product Management, Engineering and Architecture teams to support funded portfolio initiatives and communicating with key Business and GapTech stakeholders. This team is responsible for managing the portfolio lifecycle, facilitating application strategy and planning processes, ensuring portfolio delivery success in a modern Dev Ops/agile operating model. By working across product management and engineering we ensure product teams meet requirements and deadlines for business capabilities.

Responsible for developing and executing change management, process design, training and engagement initiatives central to the successful implementation of a $50m agile software project supporting multiple organizations with more than 200 team members. • Owned executive-level change management, working with C-level and EVP/SVP level leadership. • Led a team of 12 responsible for developing and delivering sustainable and scalable change strategies within large, cross-functional global organizations.• Established data-based processes to identify, isolate and overcome barriers to change, training and learning & development initiatives and increase team adoption. • Designed and executed complex training strategies, which incorporated trainer-led hands-on sessions, virtual training environments, online refresher courses, and on-going education curriculum.

Owned product management, change management and training for an inventory planning, forecasting and reporting agile software project supporting all online channels (Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Piperlime). • Defined business process, established product road map, and prioritized feature delivery for internal software development team. Led organizational design, training and change management aspects of delivery.• Based off of success of pilot rollout, led effort to quickly scale product and change orgs to support three additional brands scheduled to deploy within one year, which was significantly faster than any prior effort.

Led teams responsible for inventory planning & forecasting across multiple product categories in both domestic and international Gap Brand divisions with annual revenue of up to $130m.

Led team responsible for setting targets for store assortment depth and breadth for all North American stores and concepts. Oversaw inbound and outbound warehouse forecasts for all Gap Brand North America.

Led team responsible for inventory planning & forecasting across multiple divisions in high growth e-commerce business.
