Responsible for all aspects of clinical trial operations from study start up through closeout; including but not limited to: all regulatory compliance, SOPs, budgets, contracts, training of site staff regarding study protocols and processes, inventory of study materials, participant recruitment from the clinic and through collaboration with community partners, scheduling trial activities both with CRO and patients, develop source documents, conduct patient visits, interviews, histories, perform ECG, vitals, C-SSRS, data entry to EDC systems, participant payments, process and ship laboratory specimens. Communicate with PI regarding study issues, control for protocol deviations, document adverse events and maintain ISF. Receive and maintain study investigational product. Ensure temperature logs are kept, and that all equipment is calibrated annually. Manage research assistants, mentor research students. Write protocols, analyze data for investigator initiated research, and write papers. Search for grant opportunities and write grant proposals. Show less
