Caradigm is building a data platform and applications for managing Population Health and Healthcare Analytics that respond to healthcare reform globally. Clinical Analyst is responsible to engage with customers and prospects to understand, define and document key business requirements. Work as part of the engineering team to drive specific features, applications and use cases into the Caradigm products so they meet the requirements and end user experience expectations. This position also conducts clinical risk assessments and validates test cases to ensure high quality software.

Responsibilities include managing multiple clinical facing applications on multiple platforms. Developed and ongoing new product MRD's, software requirements specifications, pricing, and revenue forecasting. Due diligence on potential expanded market segments in addition to new product concepts and long term road maps. Ensure requirements focus on clinical workflows to ensure user adoption. Brought net new software product on a new platform from concept to completion and GA. New product revenue totaled over 6 million in first 2 years. Facilitated companies first lead adopter customer group involvement in creation phase of new software. Knowledge of clinical terminologies such as RxNorm, NDC, ICD-9/10, SnoMedCT.

Responsible for maintaining clinical facing revenue management solutions as well as developing new product MRD's, software requirements specifications, pricing, and revenue forecasting. With an additional focus of compliance and ongoing product changes and enhancements.Brought new software product from concept to completion of successful Beta testing and product launch.

Insured quality and accuracy of medical and nursing clinical and coding content for all applications. Management of CMS and Joint Commission regulatory and compliance content as well as client issues for LYNX proprietary facility charging algorithm.

Managed certifications, licenses and ongoing annual training needs for 100+ Emergency department staff. Responsible for all training of new hires and biannual skills sign off. Key resource for all clinical equipment and safety processes including mass casualty preparedness.

Managed all on shift operations of department from patient flow, staff resources, department needs and coordination of ED patients from EMS staff through patient discharge or inpatient admission. Responsible for all patient throughput and resource utilization with in the department. Supervision up to 30+ employees on shift at any one time.
